As the world celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Charles F. Stanley, former senior pastor of First Baptist Atlanta for 50 years, and founder of In Touch Ministries, we are humbled and thankful to God for the imprint he has left on so many lives. In this week’s FBA Missions blog, we want to acknowledge our gratitude to the Lord for allowing us to experience Dr. Stanley's spiritual leadership, inspiring messages, and great love for our Savior Jesus Christ, who undoubtedly welcomed him to heaven with, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant."

4/19 Dale & Carole Hoskins 

Wycliffe Bible Translators, Inc., USA/Africa 

Pray that Dale and the Wycliffe Convergence overseers of Consultant in Training (CiT) program can learn from this great experience and improve their future training and overseas practicums. 

 

4/20 Josh & Gina Bloomfield 

AFC International, Australia  

Pray for John North's teaching as he will be the keynote speaker on their trip with 265 other ministry leaders from 96 countries touring the cities of the seven churches of Revelation including Ephesus and Philadelphia. Pray for safety, health, and strong partnerships as EvangelismSHIFT serves to train, coach, and resource new disciple making movements.

 

4/21 D & C 

Central Asia 

Praise God for the new language projects that have begun and are moving along well. Praise God that five of their colleagues were able to travel for short trips and pray they will all be able to return long-term and continue working in Asia. Pray for others who plan to visit soon.

 

4/22 Gary & Penny Seithel 

United World Mission, England 

Gary and Penny recently visited their schools in Uganda where they spoke and encouraged the students. Of course, giving out shoes and uniforms was so exciting! One day they were able to wash the students’ feet, pray over them, and share the Father's love. It was a beautiful day!

 

4/23 Andrew & Alecia Teeuwen 

Pioneers, Inc., Greece 

Pray that the Lord will lead them to a building for the Albanian church to acquire. Pray for their son Philip who has been abroad serving on the emergency medical team. Pray for strength and wisdom in making quick, life and death decisions.  

 

4/24 E & G 

Asia  

Pray for wisdom and blessing as E & G continue to work on their International Ministry. They are working in cooperation with their church to reach a large group of internationals located in their ministry country. Pray for wisdom to determine the best locations to center their outreach. 

 

4/25 Mark & Jana Faus 

SIM, USA/Worldwide 

Praise God for safety through Mark's travels in the past few months to conduct governance training with SIM ministry boards in Peru, Angola, and Liberia.
